Since I was the one who raised the issue originally -- and it did seem to strike a cord, didnšt it? -- Išll collate the replies and send them to AERC and the board of directors. However, I get the digest, and missed volume 29 -- which included the original question and some responses. I would appreciate it if someone who still has it could forward it to me. Many thanks.
