OK - I had been planning on it, for over a year, and finally last weekend
did my (our) first 75 - the KKS Windsong here in WA. It was a wonderful
ride - lots of good folks, great trail - all in all a really nice first 75.
But.... I'm so !@^%#$( sore. from my butt to my toes. I know its the
standard muscle soreness, but - will it get better?? or should I look
forward to this every ride?? and what about the 100s??
I have always 2-pointed - pretty much the entire ride. I wasn't really able
to do this for 75 miles tho - the legs gave out at about 65 miles. How do
you folks do these distances??
