Linda - I have some of those same scars, saddle sores, on the inside of my
knees - fading now, from the first season or two of riding and 'discovering'
what works for me -- anything that sticks to the saddle is definately out!
The bike tights seem to work well and since I have moved to them have had
no kneee rubs whatsoever.... yeah!
another clue to the saddle sores... I think I was putting to much pressure in
that particular point when I was riding and have since changed somewhat in
that area as well as changing my saddle for a better fit for the horse and me
all the way around - which I think helped as well... good luck.
