I have seen several folks list Advil or its equivalent as something
that they carry w/ them on a ride. PLEASE BE AWARE that Advil can
cause acute renal failure related to decreased renal perfusion when
there is decreased extracellular fluid. You have decreased
extracellular fluid if you are on diuretics or IF YOU ARE DEHYDRATED!

Please use Advil carefully. Take it only if you have maintained your
hydration throughout the ride!
