I've had a Trailor Tie for about four years and really like it. It has been 
put to the 'test' with an 1100 lb horse without a bend, crack or any damage 
at all. So, no can't tell you why they went out of business. When I get 
another trailer, guess I'll have to take these off. <g> Don't like the looks 
of the Sky Hook, too many thingees to attach. And the Spring Tie looks good, 
but my horse is death on bungie type ties, so I'm thinking he'd wreck the 
springy thing on it.  <sigh> But, between the two, I'd try the Spring Tie, 
just for easy of set up.
