We just purchased a gelding that already had the
first shot and is due for the second one next week so obviously he's getting it.
My other three are getting their first one on Monday. My vet is still not
recommending them voluntarily but he's not talking anyone out of it. My husband
has been driving me crazy about it, wanting it done, and money is not a
problem here so we're going for it.

Okay southern Cals, now that we have
one confirmed case, but don't know how orwhy, how many of you have or will be
vaccinating this month? With the considerations of incomplete immunity
conferrence, closed herds, young horses, old horses, not completely proven
efficay - what do you all think? This is all very weird. We have a pigeon at
our house that attracts any and every mosquito within about 50 miles and nary
a one yet - it be me! IT tehre is a mosquito around, it will FIND me and BITE
me - multiple times. Going into winter after the dryest summer and spring in
record, what do you all think?
