Ridecamp: [RC] in memoriam poem?

Does anyone have a copy of the poem to the effect of 'I am the swift
uplifting rush of wings, the sparkle on snow', etc...that ends 'I am not
here, I did not die' ???

Confusing if you're not familiar with it, but you'll know the poem if you've
heard it before.
