aww heck Bette,  I tried to go back to the archives to check to be sure I
didn't say a mean thing about tall horses...  my fingers got tangled up and
I before I knew it I was lost in last week...

If I remember, the question was could a tall person ride a short horse **if
they wanted to**. -the answer would be *probably* - Depending on the build
of the horse and the riders goals.

I think everyone knows that almost anyone can ride a tall horse, but somehow
people don't realize that 'short' horses are often a valid option.  Anyone
that *wants* a tall horse, that is what they need to shop for but there are
plenty of us out here who are average height or less, or not very bendable
or athletic, or ?? and the 13.3 to 15hh range can be perfect for that group.

...actually had someone contact me specifically for a 13.2-3 a couple of
months ago and I put them in contact with a nice coming 5yo gelding, started
under saddle, great mind and a reasonable price!!
