The whole point behind vaccinating is to encourage immunity
*before* a full blown (and possibly fatal) case sets in.
Yes, over time the horses in the US will generate their own
immunity to WNV. Some never will. Those may be the ones
that die even after being vaccinated. But the vaccine is to
encourage the immunity by introducing a very small, non-
clinical amount of the virus to train your horse's immune
system and hopefully totally avoid the full blown disease, and
hopefully avoid what could other wise be a fatal case of WNV.
Blue and Magnum will get the vaccines as that's the best I
can do for them. Just like they get VEE and EEE and...

I know you think there's no water here so how could there be
mosquitos? I don't know why there are mosquitos here, but
the damn little buggers are everywhere anyways...
