Karen,
First if the ride gets sanctioned soon - before dec - then it's unlikely
the motion would apply. There are already rides sanctioned for 2003 and
I don't see us redoing these rides.
Second - the motion may not pass or it may not take effect until 2004.
Just to be sure - I would get the ride sanctioned sometime soon.
