My worst fall was in a disked up arena area. Horse tripped at the canter
and totally fell down, pitching me off to the side (I was riding bareback).
Horse then landed on me, and rolled over me twice trying to get up. I
remember the back of the horse going over my head, twice. I am also sure if
there had been a hard saddle, I would have had some broken bones....yes,
horses DO fall down in arenas!
