This Klez thing got me. I received a post, with an attachment, from Tom Ivers (it wasn't really from Tom) and I opened the darn thing. After a long time, I realized something was up. But, even though it never opened fully, the damage was done. Luckily I didn't have to completely erase my hard drive (I have so many "valuable" stories on there; not backed up. haha) but, it was a real pain in the butt. This was the first virus I received that had someone's name I knew on the sender end. So, beware. Reconfirm with the sender before you download anything. There is a program called Klezfix out there on the Internet. It's what finally got rid of my virus. You do have to have a little knowledge of DOS to run the program. My Norton Anti-virus has detected at least three virus-laden posts on ridecamp, two of them from people whose e-mail address I recognize. Thought I'd give a heads up. Barbara McCrary
