to summarize:
ti made the bet, Cliff accepted, ti accepted back. Now, after Cliff's
deadline, ti wants to change the rules in order to keep playing.
ti wants to pick a different judge then the one he originally picked, and he
has yet to match funds or provide one shred of verifiable evidence.
I agree this is getting old. where are the *Facts*???
