And then Cliff decided the vet cards I sent him were too hard to read via computer and wanted them mailed to him. Find an honest judge and I will send my check to that person. Just shut up and do it. You are completely unacceptable in all regards. >>
Again, ti, you are the one who picked me to start with. Funny how the rules change. But I anticipated this sort of BS, which is why I insisted that Cliff send his money directly to a reputable attorney's trust account, where it could be verified by anyone.
I've already agreed that John Teeter could have a say in this--apparently Cliff trusts me, and it is certainly fair that there be a "judge" as you call it to represent each party here. John was your choice--so is HE unacceptable now as well??
Regarding vet cards--I could easily take a pile of vet cards and make them out to any fictitious event I choose, and fake the data on them. There were NO discernable names of veterinarians on the cards you sent to Cliff, and THAT is the reason they were not acceptable evidence--no way the information on them could be verified. So you say there is a veterinarian who will vouch for all this?? Great! Bring him or her on. That would be a great first step--once your money is on deposit in the trust account.
C'mon, Tom. Cliff called your bet. Put up or shut up. The clock is running, unless Cliff chooses to give you more time.
Heidi
