Fw: Re: Mcclelland saddles



Spoke to a man last week and he informed me that he had been in the Calvary
at Fort Riley Kansas, he said "did I know what the whole in the middle of
the saddle was used for?" I didn't, He said it was to pull the blanket up
into, so it wouldn't rub against the horse. just thought I'd share some
knowledge from an old-timer that knew something I didn't.
