Absolutely!  I learned that the large pharmacies like Rite-Aid sell a type
of duct tape in very small rolls in bright colors (about $1.59 ea.), which
easy to carry along.  The hole inside the roll can be stuffed with a small
roll of gauze and a sanitary napkin (part of your regular first aid
supplies, I'm sure).
