A word of the wise to folks to treat their own "owies" with ice packs---I
just typed a medical report on such a person---who put too much ice, too
close to the skin, for too long--he developed cellulitis, then infection,
then gangrene---and ended up losing his leg.   So--be careful.  Claudia
