I sure had seen them wear out when used over shoes this way.  Don't forget, 
Easycare will give you news ones FREE if you wear them out in 30 days!!!!

I suggest as harder material on the inside bottom of the 
easyboot.  Something like what is used on the soles of people shoes.  Ask a 
shoemaker or repairman what he may have..cut it out and put in bottom of shoe.
