You say she lives in NY?  A New Yorker with out a gun? Backwoods or no this 
is unheard of.. almost like a redneck who didn't marry into the 
family!surely someone up there owns a gun.. or a good hard 2x4! how about 
getting some plastic bag with gloved hands and dumping it on the mayors 
lawn... sounds good to me! Call the EPA doesn't funny smells qualify there?
