Race Sponsorships

Event Sponsor: $75,000 & up

There can be only one. The Event Sponsor shares the name of the Championship with the Federation Equestre Internationale (FEI). This sponsor will be part of the planning process and have a wide latitude of advertising, as negotiated with the Race Committee and FEI.

Gold Medal Sponsor: $25,000 to $74,999

Major segments of the race will be named after Race Sponsors. Other advertising or promotional options will be negotiated for their benefit. They'll also join in the planning process with FEI and the Race Committee. Gold Medal Sponsors will be part of the VIP Circle, providing them access to receptions and special events with riders and dignitaries in the international equestrian sporting world.

Silver Medal Sponsor: $10,000 to $24,999

These sponsors will be acknowledged as Race Sponsors by having segments of the race named for them. They will have other negotiated advertising and promotional opportunities.

Bronze Medal Sponsor: $2,500 to $9,999

These sponsors will be acknowledged as Race Sponsors by naming specific segments of the race for them. They will have other negotiated advertising or promotional options, such as booths and displays and space in the program.

Major sponsors may choose to have an entire location and/or segment of the event named for them. These include:

Opening Ceremony: $3,500

This colorful event will provide excellent media and spectator exposure for the sponsor. Teams of horses, riders and grooms parade n full dress uniform before dignitaries and spectators. Included will be ample sign space, plus other benefits.

Closing Ceremony: $4,500

Continental Medals are presented during this most important ceremony, which also includes a colorful Grand Finale parade of all finishing horses. This event will be the focal point for media attention. Included will be ample signs pace, plus other benefits.

Finish Line: $3,500

This is where spectators will be waiting and watching along with the media, as riders cross the finish line. This area will provide nearly 12 hours of focused attention from the time the winner comes in until the last horse finishes at about midnight.

Veterinary Check Points: $2,500 per checkpoint

There are 7 veterinary check points. Locations will be the focal point for media and spectators throughout the day. Very high visibility for the sponsor. Acknowledgment in championship publications and programs.

Host a Select Dignitary: $ negotiable

You will have the opportunity to host, and to accompany, foreign royalty or political officials during their visit to the championship.

Trade Show

This week-long international marketing opportunity will offer retail/display booths (10x10). Some of the booths will be made available to major sponsors as part of their package. Booths will be located in the high traffic area between the stables and the people food! Plus we are going to make several phone lines available to the exhibitors.

Stable Area

Sponsor a stall, or stalls for a team from previous Continental Championships. You will be acknowledged in signs and advertising materials, including photos with the horses and riders for whom you have provided stall space.
