General Information

• All saddle orders must be accompanied by payment of 1/2 the total price before order will be processed.
• Because each saddle is made individually, it takes 8 to 12 weeks to complete.
• The saddles carry a 10-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If after riding in the saddle for 10 days you are not satisfied, you may return the saddle for a refund of your purchase price less $125 re-stocking fee
• Customized saddles do not have the above guarantee
• We do our best to help you determine what seat size you need; however, everyone rides a little different, and may sit on a horse differently. If the size is wrong, you are responsible for return postage and insurance and you pay shipping on the replacement saddle. This does NOT apply to customized saddles, which are non-returnable.
