Haylage (4th attempt)
Hi Ridecampers,
Hope this works, Steph, and thanks for all your help!
My husband and I have a small beef operation, and belong to the Ontario
Federation of Agriculture. Our farm magazine arrived today, and on the
cover is a picture of a farmer with a bag of horse haylage. The article
was quite interesting, and it does look like a great business
oportunity! The farmer has a web site that explains the differences
between his product and cow haylage, so if interested try,
http://www.triforage.com/
I had never heard of feeding this stuff to horses, but can see that it
might benefit horses with respiratory problems.
