Don't count on it.  I take all 4 of my dogs to rides [if allowed] and they
stay in the horse trailer.  They consider it a treat just to not stay at home.
Make the rule regarding dogs and stick to it.  Once you disqualify a rider I
can bet that it won't happen again.  I won't allow dogs at the banquet.  They
don't belong there.  Of course my pet peeve is people who seem to think small
dogs don't count.  Only the big breeds....MB
