Arabs (horses!) and water

I loved this comment, Wendy. I have one of the world's least spooky Arabs
but when we lived in Alexandria where it actually rained every winter, I had
to spend at least 2 weeks after the first good rain teaching her that
monsters of the deep didn't live in puddles.
One of my arabs, born and raised on the soggy West Coast, used to
consistantly pin his ears and glare at puddles when we passed them--six
feet away. Talk about HATING water..... Terre
