My personal opinion is that an Arabian is no more "spooky" than any other horse.  If you have ridden a lot of different breeds, which I have, they all tend to have spookers!  I have 5 Arabs and out of them only one is really spooky, and that is my young gelding, who has not been introduced properly.  I think once the horse has been worked a little around the things that make them spook, they are fine in the end!
