Nina, My husband has developed a breed we call "Amonte". I can send more 
details privately if you're interested. A lot of people think our 
stallion is a Morgan (old style, not saddlebred type). He's got a 
fantastic huge trot, excellent bone & good disposition. I'm crossing him 
with Arabs & he seems to pass on his easy going disposition. I'm started 
his oldest 1/2 Arab last year & she's really not spooky at all. She 
doesn't have as huge a trot but is extremely smooth. Maybe a good cross 
would be your best bet.
