If I recall correctly, and I am pretty sure I am, every rider starts with 100
points in the weight category and get points (1/2 point per pound) 
subtracted for the difference between their weight and that of the heaviest
rider to stand for BC.  So the baseline for the weight portion of the BC is 
the weight of the heaviest rider standing for BC, not the lightest.  All 
weights include tack, as noted above.
