By all means dress up girls.  Do your hair and wear make up.  I love
seeing all my female endurance friends dressed up at the conventions. 
When it's someone you're used to seeing with no make-up and helmet hair,
seeing them fixed up for the first time is just like seeing some guy you
know in full drag.  I'm sure I look just as funny to them.
