The Mt Zone is raffling off a 3yo half Arab/Culy - AM Super Tiger donated and bred by Al-Marah Arabians.
The raffle is a fundraiser to support the USA Mountain Team for the 99 Pan American Championship in Canada, Aug 7, 99. Though USET funds horse and riders for off-continent championships, such as WEC, they do not fund those taking place in the US or Canada, hence riders must depend on their Zone's fundraising efforts for financial support for this event.
Super Tiger is a 3 year old gelding who longs for a good endurance home. He was raised in the mountains near Williams, AZ., at 6500 feet elevation. He is by AM Sum Punk, the half Arabians/Curly stallion campaigned by Beck Hart, and out of an Al-Marah half Arabian-Curly mare.
This cross produces a larger horse that can easily carry a heavyweight in competition and would make a good prospect for multi-day rides. The Curly is a hearty horse with large bones, big feet, and a disposition compatible with the Arab. This cross is the result of a specific breeding program designed by Bazy Tankersley, owner of Al-MArah to add refinement to the Curly and increase the endruance potential.
The drawing will be held on Aug 8th at the PAC in Canada. You do not have to be present to win.
COST OF TICKETS; 1for $5; 3 for $13; 5 for 20; 10 FOR $37.
The Mt Team thanks you for your support.
