Although I have not seen one, a California Shower has been described as a
fold-down unit that fits flush against a wall.  It contains  hot/cold
controls and a hand-held shower-head.  It can be installed safely, I'm told
in a horse stall, with no protruding  parts.  Contact any  RV living-quarter
installer for price/more info.
