Need Help Finding List of Supplies for Rides

I know that at one time someone had posted a nice list of things to bring to a
ride. I have a couple of friends who are just starting out and they wanted a
list of things to bring. I searched the archives but could not find the list.
If anyone knows the subject title or date or some other clue so I could find
that list again I would appreciate it.
