RE: Bicycle exercise and knees
Yes bicycle can be great exercise for bad knees, like mine. Just make sure
that the seat is high enough to let the leg straighten completely, and use
low enough gears to keep the rpm of the pedals up. Pushing very hard in a
high gear is hard on the knees.
