That varies entirely from ride to ride and in different parts of the country.
Here, RM's don't require anything, but assume that you have a Coggins if you
come from out of state.  Some states (Texas, I think) have laws about
intrastate (within the state) movement requiring Coggins tests.  I understand
that in some parts of the country where rabies is a problem, some RM's require
rabies vaccination.  About all you can do is contact the individual RM and ask
what they require, or talk to a rider who is an old hand in a particular area
to see if there is something "standard" in that area.
