Janice,
I'm still tryin to get caught up on all these posts!!!
The food I can get down the best is sliced peaches in syrup, not the "lite"
kind. Might not work for those of you that can't take sugars. For me, they
go down, stay down & keep me going when nothing else will. Also like the
fruit roll things they sell for kids!
