Actually, the body score studies at Tevis would indicate that it IS the
horses who eat well who do well. Likewise, those who eat are those who do
not run out of energy. Even in the CC discussion, one of the things that
came out repeatedly was that the horses that don't eat well at the checks are
the ones that are most likely to benefit from the CC. Yes, not getting fuel
into the horse is a BIG limiting factor to performance!
