Lisa,
I'm replying to ridecamp because I didn't see your address. You want
someone to take a chance on her...why not you? Maybe fate is bringing
you our way. If you've spent years trying to get a horse to do something
she's not really suited for...why not give *her* a chance to show you
what she *is* suited for?
Picture yourself, not worrying about who's watching you and taking off
points...not worrying about everyone's eyes on you...just you and your
mare, letting her stride out like she's been bursting to do probably her
whole life. The breeze is wonderful. The feeling of power is wonderful.
The scenery is wonderful...and the company is the best. It's a rush.
Don't give her up until you try it at least once.
I'm as excited about this sport today as I was when I started 12 years
ago. I wish everybody would try it once.
Merry Christmas,
Angie McGhee
