Heidi was at a loss, too. I'll make you the same offer I made her. If we can
find a ridecamper who has a horse in the middle of the syndrome, we can give
it one dose of CC at night and see. The bet is $100. Every time it fails, I
send you a check. Every time it is successful, you send me a check. Deal?
Tying up in athletic horses, that occurs at the beginning of exercise, as
most of these syndrome (daily occurrences) episodes do, typically follows
time off. Or severely reduced exercise loads. the solution always is to get
back into some consistent daily mileage. However, if the horse is going to
tie up again, you can't deliver the miles. So, the CC stops the tying up, the
mileage gets accomplished, and the syndrome is over.
