To AERC Ride Managers

The online calendar is being updated with less manual work on my
part through the development of software by Russ Humphrey and me.

But new s/w comes with a few bugs...  Please look carefully at
your rides as listed on

http://207.141.24.85/rides/idc/ridesCUSTOM.idc?

Please compare this information carefully what what you submitted
to the AERC office and let me know by e-mail if you see differences.
The rides generated with the new s/w have all caps in the ride
name. This will help us find any bugs in the generation process.

In addition - please look carefully at any extra information that
you may have supplied me in previous years for the ride.  This 
might be a simple text description or a web page that you maintain.
We simplify things by cloning the information from the last years
ride for the description and directions for a ride this year.

This may not be what you want to have for this years ride.  Or
the web page that you maintained may not be supported any longer.

In addition - please let us know if there is additional information
that you would like to add for your entry that would be useful to 
the endurance community.
