You know, what's laughable about this is that I reply in kind. Your post, for 
example, represents a personal attack. If I respond to it in kind, I'll do it 
well enough that everybody will remember what i said and no one will remember 
the words that elicited the response. So let me repeat the words in your post 
that represent the personal attack: "purposefully rude and demeaning". 

Gesa's post was similar, but, unfortunately, I don't remember what she said. 
I'll soon forget what you said as well. but I suppose you'll remember your 
words as kind and gentle fluffy female prose--and this response as a 
testosterone-driven outrage.

You're welcome to your warped perspective. Next time, consider something 
substantive.
