I want to make it very clear that I have always received quick and courteous 
attention/service from the office staff. Only once that I can think of was 
something not followed through and considering all the things I have 
contacted them on that is a pretty good record.
I also want to make it clear that I am not against trails just this method of 
generating funds.  Lovell
