I agree. That was the whole point of what I said. And there is getting to
be a divergence in type for being top-notch at specific sorts of endurance
competition. Deb Bennett even remarked on her observations of this 10 or
more years ago.

multi-purpose with a tendency to be tougher on the more rigorous courses.
Hence, that is what I strive to breed. That doesn't mean there is no merit
in the other type. :-)
