Hey Bob, how about the Board doing a conference call and rescinding
this fee?  That would show some responsiveness to member concerns and
go a long way to assuage the criticisms.

Hey, if the fee is rescinded I'll donate $25 to the trails fund (this
isn't really about the amount of  money).
