orthopedic saddle pads

Is there anyone who has tried the orthopedic saddle pad by Saddleright that is guarenteed for life and satisfaction or money back.  This saddle pad is supposed to cure all of the back problems that saddles cause.  It is covered in wool felt and/or leather/suede.  They make them to fit any saddle. These pads will never compress or wear out, only the covers do.  They are rather expensive but if they do all that, they are worth it.  Anyone ever use one or have one?  Good points?  Bad points?  Are they worth the money?
