I am new to this sport and getting together needed equipment.  I have seen the electric tape corrals used at rides.  The tape I can find but where can I get the charger to supply the 'zap' ?  I like the ones that are cylindrical and stab into the ground.  Are  these available in catalogs or at a national type store? Also, what should I budget to spend? Thanks.
