Since moving to our current place with wood fences (3 yrs ago), I can't
count how many rails we had to replace or treat because of our beaver
horses. I was pretty sure they were just bored. This winter it started
again - then we put them on trace mineral supplements including a good dose
of selenium. THEY STOPPED!!! I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see
this happen. Now they stand around, right beside the fences, and don't
bother with them at all.
