Thank you Sylvia for your post.  I have just one last thing to offer.  I am
truly amazed, indebted, and humbled at my mare's strength and determination to
not only escape from the bog, but finish the race despite the challenges,
mental and physical that she experienced.  She is a noble and fine being.
Isn't endurance a reaching experience for us all...
