Not so much a question as input regarding horse use ....
We would all prefer the USFS and BLM would not place a number restriction on 
group horse use.  If such restrictions pass, endurance riding could come to a 
screeching halt.  There is talk of limitations of groups of 10 or something 
of that sort.  Can you imagine the success of endurance rides with that 
limitation?
