Fescue

I am needing to replant some of my pasture.   I have been reading about this
new fescue seed that is allegedly safe for pregnant mares.   Have any of you
had any first-hand experience with it?  If so, for how long have you been
grazing it and what have the results been?  Have you had pregnant mares on
it?  If so, for how long and at what time during their gestation?  Were
there any problems with foaling or passing placenta?
