Tamara,

I believe on other posts you said you had a Wintec.  If this is the saddle 
you're having the problem with, check that the billet on the short side 
hasn't twisted around inside the saddle.  I have a Wintec & one side has a 
tendency to twist, so I try to make sure when I saddle up that the billet 
attachment up inside the saddle is laying flat --- the twist could make that 
side a bit shorter.
