Re: RC: Sports saddle - query
Tamara,
have you checked the stirrups lately? They tend to stretch unevenly (as most
do). A while back I thought I was needing a hole in between where there were
some on the adjustments, but a friend looked at me mounted and said the right
stirrup was at least one "hole" longer (Had loaned someone my saddle and they
didn't replace stirrups and I must have messed up when I did it). Fixed that
and feel balanced again. Look at them to see if that might be a problem; they
may be on the same holes but if one has stretched more than the other that would
make them uneven. If it's a new saddle, I'd check with the company -- could be
a problem in manufacturing. The saddles are great but no one's perfect. My
stirrup ring twists because it was put on with a wrinkle in the nylon, so
mistakes can happen. Good luck.
